The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 原以为是商业片，但是没想到遭遇了这种中世纪舒缓叙事（坑爹的预告骗#%）
当理解了生的意义之后，也就接受了死亡。这部电影除了探讨骑士精神、何为重要之外，感觉还有存在主义/虚无主义的意味。

文学性很强，缺乏相关历史/宗教知识看得吃力。暴力突然，情绪太多了，编排好像没有编排。

沉郁而悲伤，是Paolo对Vittorio的告别式。用Kaos为不曾共同实现的The Nail写下注脚，隔着漫漫时光的回望在黑白与色彩交替的场面化作一丝轻叹。前2/3的荒诞与神秘是Pirandello的幽灵在Taviani兄弟的历史戏剧元叙事中逡巡。后1/3则明显断裂，不知所措。从剧本中删除的《游吟诗人》唱词Leonora addio…被保留成为标题，同样飘荡如幽灵，就像片中无处不在的Vittorio。

虽然巨大，可爱程度也成正比，好想养一只大狗狗。
出去赴约单挑 结果出门就被劫了 然后打了个飞机回来了…
美式的假笑，美式的浮夸演技，美式的温情故事，应该在平安夜看呢
6.5/10 真的和不喜欢故作幽默的配乐。我总是觉得，拉斯冯已经在《欧洲特快车》里把列车戏拍到极致了。
很老派的影像和处理方式，也很私人化的故事。但一定要拍出这个故事的心是电影最令人动容之处。
导演运用了很多视觉上的小心思去诠释这样一个叙事诗的题材，和鬼魅浮生一样，整体调性过于装腔作势，使得虚伪骑士毁灭过程流于表面。
