The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 打破第四面墙的伦敦生活版劝导。达妹美如画。延续了奥特姆·代·怀尔德版艾玛的卡通式简奥斯汀风格，但摄影调色都更有质感，叙事调度的技术上也更灵活流畅。诚然劝导的故事本身在简奥斯汀作品中不算特别出彩，但这版依然在略显扁平的文本基础上，通过克制而巧妙的细节，把主角和一众配角都塑造得很生动讨喜，尤其是这版的多族裔选角，亚裔和非裔演员的口音、表演和造型，跟白人主角团融合得很好，没有强行PC的违和感。比较遗憾的是，这版男主的存在感还是被男配吃掉了，虽然Cosmo跟达妹的CP感很够，但Henry Golding的表演更让人惊喜
就很fleabag版Anne Elliot。Dakota很美丽，但剧本安排得有点神经搞笑，男角色又各有各的奇形怪状，虽然看的还挺愉快的，却完全不是我心目中温柔内敛又深情的劝导CP。

达妹真的在凭一己之力拉高整部电影的颜值，所有配角都那么令人讨厌。

男主太下头了，不帅的人耍酷，让人厌恶……还有女主为什么总是打破第四面墙呢，表现了她的演技不足，还是要表现他异于常人的聪明……
女主的表演有一点点浮于表面，看完之后有一种说不出来的别扭
