The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 说教意识太强，故事太松散，道具蛮用心的，摄影服装 蛮专业的。只是不明白为啥分这么高，因为有曼德拉的政治光环？

这个故事真的不论看了哪个版本，都会流泪感动啊。
有些可惜，虽然真实事件改编，但掺水明显多了。前半部分可能基于真实事件，紧张和氛围感都十足。后期逐渐拉胯，如果说部长之女满怀人道主义加的莫名其妙，更奇妙的就是劫匪人质其乐融融相爱相助，瓦解了所有前面塑造的紧张氛围。

"We are only human though other human beings."
虽然是基于真实事件，但剧情起码有一半是编的（不懂司法部女儿这个角色的存在是为啥，略煽情做作）。不过历史上Silverton trio的确点燃了释放曼德拉的星星之火。为自由而战的故事永远让人动容。
种族隔离制度是所有人的噩梦，所有不平等的制度是人类的噩梦。
但这类表达反抗的，种族歧视的，战争创伤的故事，却总是让我们不仅要反思，为什么我们会如此激动，为什么我们会感动或愤怒，时代明明在进步，可那些永无休止的问题为何却总是挥之不去，萦绕脑畔
劫持访客有诉求，释放领袖令签署。
剧播的时候就很喜欢这个故事，所以电影也一直很期待。
和真实事件相差挺大的，加入太多刻意煽情的元素，呈现出来的观感并不令人满意。
