The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 终于看完这部了，一直想看来着，毕竟整天在大厅看到宣传片，虽然片名有点说不出的烂片感觉，不过好在电影不让人失望。演员都演的很棒，这个爸洗澡时和舅父与女友都好搞笑，他妈和眼镜邻居大姐演技超棒，喜欢水鸡兄算命那，水鸡算命这个梗好。这部拍的真好，节奏合适，镜头比上部进步很大，后面那段杭州第一人称视角手机感切的也很合理。那几首插曲不错，玩具船长那段《兄台,你近来好吗?》好久没听了，要不是以前听过还以为是为这部电影作的哈哈哈。
本来被前几年的潮汕电影弄得没有信心了，知道这部要上映，看了片名就觉得又是刷情怀的烂片。今晚偶然看了点片段后看了全片，意外地很不错，有诚意的片子。平时看片评分要求比较高，这片子，给五星了。

全片围绕打工仔凯带女友回家见婆婆这件事展开，影片中的笑料真实自然，与精心包装过的喜剧包袱相比，带有浓烈的生活气息。没有个体和城市命运的隐喻，有的只是生活中最琐碎平常的细节，但影片却异常抓人，看得人津津有味。

如果全部是群众演员的话，演技确实比专业演员好一点
这部电影通过带女朋友回家这样一个剧情，展现了潮汕地区的风土人情，包括拜神、婚嫁观念、吃苦耐劳的精神、朴素的民风等等各个很有意思的侧面，观感很好。
