The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 披着一层耽美的糖衣，日影倒是头一次认真的探讨了“腐女眼中纯意淫的bl恋情”、“现实里不得不遮遮掩掩的txl”、以及“直人眼里政治正确的想当然理解的txl”一直以来是三个完全彼此区隔无法相通的世界。不论如何能够被允许公开讨论本身已经是大的进步，安腾最后能够坦然面对自己也是要感谢这时代确实在往前。ps：看着TSUBASA一路从元气少年变成如今满脸叔味真的是时代的眼泪啊，还有电影里也说了对gay友善的大都是女性，请优质男们不要再骗婚了哦。
