The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 人物太多显得臃肿，比如送葬者五个人像是坏逼，结果就是群卖鞋的，两个主角的故事还没讲明白，就想着弄群像塑造。结果背景交代的不清楚，前因后果也没整通顺。整个故事就显得很不完整。
用心做画面，用脚写剧本。不少人说《泡泡》和《天气之子》、《海兽之子》很像，我非常同意，这三部难看得一模一样。
《人鱼公主》同人电影，密集恐惧症千万不要观看。
整个就是扩写版的人鱼公主，相对比较低龄，用“物质会聚成螺旋，所以我们还会再相遇”这种说法就想强行happy end还是太单纯了点

画面不差但是密恐患者的地狱，个人很难给出高分。
山西人对故土的留念、对家的羁绊是刻在基因深处的，影片围绕身患阿尔兹海默症的父亲来表现生命、死亡、时间等个问题透过一个女性视角来展现。导演在虚实结合里找到了一种对家的依恋，对于家庭成员陪伴的一种方式。死亡是一种到下一阶段的解脱，而如何面对人生的这场来去归途则是影片留给所有人的一次思考。

抄袭美人鱼故事扣一星，自私利己主意价值观扣一星，男主的泰王同款露脐装扣一星。
长镜头不应该成为导演的遮羞布。看到平遥把奖项从山西出发给到这部，有些绝望，山西本地能否有新的、年轻的、大胆的、新的视角的电影出来被看到，我看不到希望。
看的时候以为会是个高分电影，看完之后都不想给分了，光镜头好没用，镜头要和情节相匹配才算好，这题材搞这么魔幻就很奇怪。两星半
