The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 形式非常厉害，剪裁也很得当。极简的表现主义光影建筑竟然非常服帖。
题材多匮乏才又来折腾麦克白啊？！摄影什么的都很棒，黑白影像和“悲剧”也很搭，可是故事太家喻户晓了，实在也玩不出什么花样了。倒是丹泽尔·华盛顿和弗兰西丝·麦克多蒙德演技很过人。

雖然數字黑白的影像氣質始終無法跟膠片對比（同比同樣是 A24 出品的《燈塔》就是天壤之別），但好在美學風格和攝影扳回一城。柯恩嫂和女巫的表演真好。這個故事現在來看和現實的互文感強到令人頭皮發麻。

诙谐又舒适的一部片，还是至亲和姐妹可靠，戳好有少年感，脸也有故事感和电影感，还很少年感，片尾曲是戳的创作曲，真的好好听很舒服的调调，so blue
真的是超级超级甜。很喜欢fiat小一啦。虽然副cp的结局不太好，但是他们两有新剧要拍啦所以结局没在一起。
养眼但cliche，冲着画面和troye可以一看。

3.5 把troye拍得实在太好看了，这个角色和troye的适配度不要太高。但故事还是青春类型片的套路，不过几个演员演得还是真不错，能看到Ellen Burstyn也是很惊喜。
黑白冷峻的舞台剧风格，比恐怖片更恐怖。
非常不错，印度男孩的polo衫也太难看了。
炫丽的辞藻却如同背课文，这应该出现在舞台上而不是以这种形式。
