The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 20220726 Film at Lincoln Center, NYC NYAFF22 比想象中要感性，买票的时候没想到这是一个同性故事，导演和男主在现场Q&A的时候也提到了王家卫（事实上有一个scene就是致敬春光乍泄，巧的是NYAFF上周也放了春光乍泄）剧本很有意思，关系很复杂，好几个爱而不得而被伤害的故事。喜剧部分也是好笑的。

如果编剧与导演别贪心，就只讲一家三口的关系，以及延伸向外的爱恨情仇，重点突出直击心灵；再将基调把握更准确，不恶搞不煽情，不混肴影片成色，那么我一定更加共情！

真不能给高分。不不过十八流导演能把故事讲完整我觉得已经足够了。虽然这个故事的瑕疵还是很多很多，然而至少不荒唐。可能导演的大学时代就是这么过来的？

从端午节之前看到端午节之后，平淡乏味的电影，好像讲了友情和爱情，又好像什么都没讲
就算混颜色那个颜色也不会消失，只是会被看成是其他颜色而已，其实那里面有我们所知道的原本的颜色。
