Ten years ago, Ginny (Toni Gonzaga), an Architecture student, and Marco (Piolo Pascual), a History professor, began a one-of-a-kind and unpredictable love story. emmm可以说比较失望，除了再次证明影帝是影帝，浅显的主题松散的叙事贫乏的冲突，离菊次郎的夏天差太远了
导演兼编剧迈克·米尔斯用自己和儿子的真实经历为故事底板，撰写了这部接近于素描的叙事体黑白电影，借以探讨成年人和儿童的相处之道。由于身份错位，孩子眼中的舅舅貌似是亲戚实则更像一位陌生大叔，而舅舅对待这位“滑头”的小外甥更多赋予了自己酷似“父亲”的责任加持，于是他们之间由陌生走向熟悉，最终互相温暖了对方，尤其是外甥对舅舅的治愈，在结尾令观众无不感动，而华金·菲尼克斯也向观众再度奉献了一处绝佳的表演。
Phoenix的眼睛表现力太强了。时而平静，just makes u feel safe；时而充满无奈，when he was exhausted…a great actor just can bring the whole film to a higher level.

D+ / 很难进入，导演一如既往采用了十分散文化的拍摄方式，而提腔拿调过于缺乏在地感，因此无法理解角色所思所想，尤其不理解孩子的角色，严重欠缺真实感。
推理成分可以完全没有，但是警视厅的所有CP必须给我锁死咯🌸
