The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. Trumpsploitation，挑衅并不有效，观感基本取决于观众对主角（这类）人物的态度，但萨维奇在冷幽默和惊吓场面设计上的能力有目共睹。
2.画面差，后半段女主一直奔命，如果稍不留神就有可能看不懂场景到哪了，镜头乱又糊，几乎什么也看不清；
剧情老套又节奏缓慢，结尾的怪物造型挺印象深刻的，是为数不多的亮点。
BH的新作，还是《鬼影实录》那一套，比导演的前作强一些，但片尾长达八分钟的freestyle还是太难顶了…疫情下反智又自大的川普白粉不停嘴臭，当成喜剧片来看才是最舒服的。

2.5 后半越看越累，除了看女主嘴臭犯健以外也没什么亮点
前面略微缓慢，估计是想为轼母的女主黑化与否做铺垫，稍微有点无聊，后半段开始有趣起来，包括真相的解开，女主被捉，以及后来的反杀。给献祭仪式中出现的恶灵造型点个赞。
无特别新意的画面，莫名其妙的剧情，只记得女主角有多烦
看完了，又是发生在大房子的邪恶献祭故事，女主真是又穷又惨，还好都反杀了，可怜她的舅舅送人头了。

拍得很克制，给恐怖片带来一丝写实感，是我喜欢的风格
片子不烂，但是你要熬过疯子女主前面10分钟的戏份，后面高能一波接一波，想象力，血腥度都还可以，又好笑又吓人，
前面太拖沓了，属于越看越窝火类型…结局拉回来一星
这应该是亚当·内维尔的小说《十六号公寓》改编的电影，但这本书十多年前就已经出版了，现在才拍，至少有关鬼怪、献祭的情节是过时的。
前面看懂了，后面又没看懂，乱七八糟，转变混乱，唯一好评是那个怪物设计，有寓意在其中。
诡怪凶猛的话痨疯婊之夜，吐一手唾沫一巴掌扇过去才是绝佳清醒解药，比同类型《致命录像带》有趣。唱完（骂）片尾名单真不赖！
