The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? #SGIFF2021# 真的是很妙，用舞台的形式却能表现这么丰富的故事，还以牛头马面带着走黄泉路来展开，导演还是很有想法的。确实从故事脉络上跟《霸王别姬》有些神似。小小缺点是还是太长了，而且前后半部分风格其实稍微有些割裂。

從人物關係至情節，完全從現代語境出發。套上中世紀的時代外殼，會在賣相上具備史詩氣質，追溯到《角鬥士》，不也就貼合雷老已修行到頂流的類型片經驗。

影片最后升华到女性对于不公不义，以及争取真相和公平正义的思考，影片根据真实故事改编，背景虽然放在中世纪的法国，但却映照了当今女性正在面临的困境和呐喊和抗争。
时代背景、反方势力、血鬼术、水之呼吸都得到了充分展现。鬼舞辻无惨好帅，祢豆子好可爱。
非常不错的一部电影，看完给人不同的体验，新的感受
这期战斗说，只要说出那个人的名字就得死，到了十二鬼月也说那个人的名字，只是加‘大人’的称呼就不死了？
补签，鬼灭前10集算是最平淡的了，后面只剩high了。
在釜山电影节上看的，以为会是四川同乡会，没想到有好多韩国人。四川方言➕韩英字幕➕第一排的我，内战开始时候睡着了，文革时期醒的，谢谢电影清晰的时间线。
用手工作坊的棚拍形式来讲述一段正在被遗忘的历史，影像极富创造力（划破天空极为惊艳），在轻巧、荒诞和幽默中包裹着命运的时代悲剧，亦能映照至当下的现实。按照去年洛迦诺主竞赛的整体水平来看，其实拿金豹也是可以的。
