祖孙三代的故事，亲情仍是主题。祖孙三代似乎都遗传一样的病因，一方面渴求亲情，一方面却又拚命拒绝。夏洛特·兰普林的奶奶形象很出彩，演出了她浑不吝的女光棍样子，同时又表现其在强硬外表下的柔软内心。祖孙之间的戏份一般，整个剧拍得很沉重，不好玩。
之后奶奶那种洒脱，不羁中又带着些落寞的形象越来越鲜明。
所以意思是遭受校园霸凌和因为父母反对而无法追求自己梦想的孩子都是不会表达内心感受不懂得珍惜爱吗 简直就是反自杀的主题教育宣传片
3.5星 奶奶好酷 funeral上终于穿得很decent
槽点数不胜数，女主角跟男主角的对手戏还不如和哥哥多，哥哥嫂子的陪伴与关爱才是感动点吧，男主啥也没干就葬礼之后哭一哭，说他在哭被女主夺走的童贞都比哭女主之死来得可信。
评分偏低。酷奶奶和孙子的互动很感人，互为对方的情感补偿。
如果我也能死的这么酷，这么体面。那一生也便圆满了。

Charlotte演的这个老太太像我妈老了以后，无论她对孩子的言语谩骂多么过分，无论她把玻璃杯砸到孩子脸上多么疼，无论她对孩子的pua让他陷入怎样的抑郁，最后都会是一句“我爱你”，就能让一切一笔勾销。这种祖孙和解的影片完全是身为长辈——强权者的意淫，事实的真相是孩子受到的伤害早已不可挽回，她还自我感动的一边嘴上说爱他，一边动手打他。
