The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 恐怖？就这？这拍得根本就不是恐怖片，是文艺片。适合拍成美剧。女主真美。

7分。虽则是披着鬼魅邪典外衣的文艺闷片，不过不断轮回的创意还是挺富想象力。而且，每一次轮回，小女巫都得到一次更接近人类的精神进化，恰恰跟老女巫的守旧残暴形成一种微妙的镜像作用。片子隐晦折射的不止是女性平权，而且老少女巫之间的纠葛、以及结局，更寓意了挑战极权的一种抗争思潮。
这种故事倒是少见，虽然悬疑部分确实有点弱，整个电影想表达的估计就在片尾那几句话里了。但是两个男主之间的故事讲的也算有头有尾了。“我不会丢下你的”“我会去找你的”，啊啊啊，也算浪漫了。不过男主他爸要不是高官，男主可能死了几回了。
我实在是啃不动文艺类的片子，一直强撑等到劳米拉佩斯，后面就被闷睡着了
