逻辑上令人费解，只能靠着人物设定试图理解他们要做什么，驱魔场面拍得很荒唐，看得让人犯困，唯一的新意在于神父与恶魔角色的调转，不过种种表现方法都和这个逻辑一样的苍白和莫名其妙。
