The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 3.5星。多出来的0.5是本片表达的社会意义。大多数婚姻的维系需要一个孩子，大多数同性家庭不会有孩子。经由抚育孩子所凝结的家庭纽带不适用于大多数同性家庭。这也意味着，同性伴侣之间需要建立一种强有力的联接（比如共同的理想志趣或者强有力的互相理解等）。或者如福柯所说，突破异性恋思维的以友情为纽带的新型人际关系。

所以说，不管是同性恋，还是异性恋，婚姻都是这么无聊的哈。（再抓马，也蛮无聊）
青少年本色出演怎会不好看？当异性恋家庭伦理电影天花乱坠产能过剩审美疲劳之时，甚至故事框架都无需改变，依旧狗血淋头与程式化剧情，只要把异性恋家庭换成同性恋家庭，整个电影都会清新起来，吵架也变得可爱，离婚也可以成为最完美的结局。
继《爱你，西蒙》后的又一部平常态同志喜剧。希望以后能多出这种风格的电影。
