The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 我亲身经历过，我看见过那些谎言，也看见过无数的人如何自救，又如何被抹去姓名。这一粒尘镜头拍不到，它总有被遮蔽的良心。
难道只有戳伤疤的实话才叫正值，唱赞歌的实话就是洗脑？你们上纲上线的样子不也是像极了洗脑？
最后片尾的自白更是对所有人的叩问：
死亡之下，就只剩下最后那一点点狼狈的自由，为什么不去追寻？
跟我们拍的差别好大，都说了我就不说了。口音好怪，伦敦郊区的吗。居然有人喜欢护工这个照顾病人甚至失能重病人的职业。
看到啾迪对着镜头的控诉真是泪流不止，我们总是擅长把怜悯赠给不需要怜悯的人，对于真正需要帮助的又恐时财压力而逃避不视。同样的题材，拍出来的却是云泥之别…
什么他妈的叫他妈的以人为本，个体觉醒让人开始厌恶所谓宏大叙事，所谓顾大局
本子，想说的太多，就不说了。
这种电影总让我 或者我们 思考一个问题 到底啥是电影/
全程看朱迪科莫那张无瑕疵的脸我是没意见，只是老跑焦受不了。本片导演对摄影有病态的执念，手持、长镜头、大特写，这三件事偏要同时做到，是要用画面给观众增加压迫感吗。

后半小时借男女主的情感与逃离，控诉并深化政府应对疫情的不足。
疫情侵袭的段落非常有感染力，不管是国内还是国外，一定有人曾面临过这种无助的境遇。但以我国政治宣传片一向伟光正的风格来看，一般会有医生及时赶到救肯尼于弥留之际。外国疫情处置确实不如我们，但电影拍的不知高到哪里去
