Whenever I see La Paura I think of it as a companion piece to Eyes Wide Shut, or maybe it is the other way around. Adultery makes both films tick but in different ways. I think Phillip French was right on the money when he pointed out a Wizard of Oz thing in Kubrick's last work. Like Dorothy, Tom and Nicole go through fantasies and nightmares and at the end Dorothy's reassuring childish motto "there's no place like home" is ironically updated to the adult circumstantial adage "there's no sex like marital sex". Kubrick's take is intellectual, he never leaves the world of ideas to touch the ground. He taunts the audience first with an erotic movie and then with a thriller and refuses to deliver either of them. He was married to his third wife for 40 years, until he died. Rossellini was still married to Ingrid Bergman when he directed La Paura; they had been adulterous lovers and their infidelity widely criticized La Paura is a tale, a noirish one. The noir intrigue is solved and the tale has a happy ending. The city is noir; the country is tale, the territory where childhood is possible. The transition is operated in the most regular way: by car, a long-held shot taken from the front of the car as it rides into the road, as if we were entering a different dimension. Irene (Bergman) starts the movie: we just see a dark city landscape but her voice-over narration tells us of her angst and informs us that the story is a flashback, hers. Bergman's been cheating on her husband. At first guilt is just psychological torture but soon expands into economic blackmail and then grows into something else. From beginning to end the movie focuses on what Bergman feels, every other character is there to make her feel something. Only when the director gives away the plot before the main character can find out does he want us to feel something Bergman still can't. When she finds out, we have already experienced the warped mechanics of the situation and we may focus once again on the emotional impact it has on Bergman's Irene. In La Paura treasons are not imagined but real, nightmares are deliberate and the couple's venom suppurates in bitter ways. Needless to say, Ingrid has another of her rough rides in the movies but Rossellini doesn't dare put her away as he did in Europa 51, nor does he abandon her to the inscrutable impassivity of nature (Stromboli). His gift is less transcendent and fragile than the conclusion of Viaggio in Italia. He just gives his wife as much of a fairy tale ending as a real woman can have, a human landscape where she can finally feel at home. Back to the country, a half lit interior scene where shadows suggest the comfort of sleep. After all, it's the "fairy godmother" who speaks the last words in the movie.
导演华金与熊孩子的都市旅途
像杯温水一样，有点温度，但没什么味道。作为传记片吧，明明她两个女儿更值得被作为传记对象。作为体育片吧，没有最后一战的血脉喷张，最后他做的也只是从后台通道坐到观众席，就这？就只是为了突显一个黑人贫民窟老哥不信邪，狂傲自负但真的被他装到了？
这样的故事&人物当然要多讲 拆分了仔细讲 不过选择视角上 也许这次太爹了 虽然在开头和中后段点缀了两笔关于黑人内部 关于婚姻家庭里面的这个“King”是多么虚弱 但也都是台词口号似的 所以只好更期待以后的叙述 无论是 Serena 甚至她们的母亲 Oracene Price p.s. Elswit 的摄影没有很明确的特质显露 但是完成度和功能上很棒 比赛的节奏展示选择 戏剧的峰谷安排 Venus 的几次成长过渡都太中规中矩了
不得不承认我中间一度觉得Jesse小朋友烦得要死，让人窒息，甚至可以说要恐婚恐育了，但随着剧情的发展，才发现是Jonny和Jesse都没有找到合适的表达自己情绪的方式，没能好好表达自己的想法，而作为大人的Jonny也没有打开自己的心结。
大小威的传奇故事确实不太好写剧本，这俩都太强了，年少成名，顺风顺水，小威更是直接打成了女网goat，不太好找戏剧冲突点。虽然有一些强硬加戏的戏份，但是对温情励志的体育传记电影，这一部已经算很不错的了，不能要求更多了。
在原公司上班的时候，有天体育组来说要插个网球直播是李娜的。我说李娜那么厉害，时间我还是照常设短点哈。那人说不行，这次的对手是小V。我说小V那么厉害吗？对方重重的嗯了一声。
不觉得史皇能拿下小金人 这电影也过于平淡了
这是一个相当烂的文本，难道主创没有人意识到其中严重的跑题和诡异的基调么？片名是父亲，前半段确实也有在塑造这个人物，但是从找到教练之后，父亲就已经变成了有些蛮不讲理的存在。整个片子看下来，大小威的成功反而没有让人觉得是父亲的功劳，而是她们自身实力本身就过硬，而片虎爸确实靠着厚脸皮帮女儿们踏上了第一部，但是后面绝大部分决策都被妻子和女儿推翻，最后的结果也证明他就是偏执且控制欲过高，但是全片却一直有一种基调告诉观众，“没人理解理查德，其实他才是有大局观的那个”，这就看着非常别扭。理论上他应该是要让人有些不适甚至反感但是依旧存在人物弧光和受人理解的一面。而且对于父亲到底在大小威网球方面的训练以及为人处世上的教育，对她们的事业起步和未来有什么影响，也没在片中反映出来。作为一个人物传记片而言，相当失败
2-8、9 工工整整的电影，无功无过，为了will smith冲奥的，故事讲的也没有特别多的波澜壮阔，不过是因为最后成功了，所以这个故事再怎么讲都不会烂。这电影不管怎么拍也不会烂，但是确实也没有拍的特别特别让人激动。
国王，有打造大美江山的能力，也有太不温善的专制和独裁。传记电影的价值远远不在人物本身，这部片子做到了。不能说是家庭教育教科书，至少要学习他对尊严、理想的解构，以及运筹帷幄的能力。
处理得比较收。对运动题材电影我其实不能算懂行。对于这个父亲的教育方式，以及他对小孩的“不能文盲、不要burn out”的保护，确实有些叹为观止。而且他竟然还做到了。也就是因为做到了才得以拍成电影吧;)
看过大威小威的球，还是第一次听说他老爸的故事。剧本太有作秀色彩了，不过男主这扭曲的角色还真是奔着小金人去的。我看完后感兴趣的是：第一个免费教练就白嫖了么？比起大威，小威要崛起的道路更不容易吧。
而无论是从妈妈还是大小威的角度来讲故事，都能讲出不同的但同样精彩的故事，哪怕从其他三姐妹的角度来拍，这个故事依然精彩。
本片的主角不是曾称霸网坛的大小威廉斯姐妹，而是她们的父亲理查德威廉姆斯，正是他从孩子小的时候就开始的策划，充分发挥了孩子们本身就具有的天赋，在克服了包括严重的种族歧视等等的困难后才取得了后来的巨大成功，他可以说是一位充满智慧（或者叫狡猾）的策略大师。
真实美国版《摔跤吧爸爸》了，但总觉得哪里不得劲不过瘾，这么传奇的事情拍得不温不火不功不过吧。角色成长就真的只是皮毛，可以理解强调父亲角度，妻子角度也描写不错，但父女之间的互动表现得真是太弱了。
“懂得思考的人，将无所不能”
没搞懂为什么叫呼朋引伴。你翻译成《怪舅舅与他的小正太外甥》我都可以接受啊！
最后又打俄国人。但输了……这点比俄罗斯电影好；黑人赢了，内讧到和解的过程……家人的判断选择，但没有体现这个运动的美……还是会感动。
《摔跤吧，爸爸》网球版，理查德奉行素质教育。但一家7口、大小威廉姆斯的成功，故事里有6女1男，为啥主角选唯一的男性爸爸？哦，奥斯卡需要的主旋律。不合格的体育题材片，看完都不知道网球是咋回事，也不会对网球产生好奇向往，还算啥体育题材，披着体育皮的温情励志片。2小时正片不如片尾纪实片段2分钟。
剧本虽好，但总感觉并没有对理查德·威廉姆斯有更深入的挖掘，仅是管中窥豹地看，这个父亲还是很复杂的，他在成就女儿的同时其实也有控制女儿的部分，但为了温情的基调，掩盖了很多矛盾。
