The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 阿波罗十号半，这个是挺好的故事，我可以推荐五星，我看的时候还感叹美国人真有钱，小孩都可以送到月球，但是看来其他的评论以后才知道是假的，是小孩的自我幻想，但是也很有趣，六七十年代的时候美国也是真的富，得益于冷战与那时候的经济形势，现在种族矛盾、政治正确等上来以后，想要办成一件事情尤其是劳民伤财的事情真的很难了，另一方面也让我了解了那一代美国人生活的方式，展现时代的风貌。
