The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 本集打斗不多温情有余，笑点密集到《憨豆特工》吧。007代号被人取代，培训三周的无厘头女特工小试牛刀已大显身手……新生代的崛起，和捕鱼带宝告老还乡归隐田园的James对比，原来是铺垫这个……
实在难以想象15年时间的感情分也比不过剧本的难看，加一星给Ana
這一版007倒是每一部都看了……但這個收尾，就DNA啊孩子啊什麼的，不夠乾脆利落，反派桑的操作也讓我想起看過的諸多陣仗很大但動機「就這？」的日本電影。朋友吐槽了一個點，也很到位，最後告別時邦德說the most beautiful thing是孩子就尼瑪離譜，至少應該是你老婆啊！即便男女主之間真的毫無chemistry。不如多給Ana妹子一點戲份，實在太美太可愛了！！另外Waltz叔死得好潦草，氣。
动作戏拍的相当……Kingsman，剧情几斤辗转后来发现反派是个大中二，但蕾雅·赛杜真的美到让人脸红，最后的收尾，有种老派价值观念落幕的悲怆感，作为无脑爆米花还算可以。
忽然觉得女主长得很像Diana Krall? 新007出现跟DW里的Ruth Doctor 一样，可惜戏份忒少，还以为终于不再是单打独斗了呢。一直以为丹叔的007我都看了，一刷豆瓣居然都没标，一看情节梗概也都毫无印象，还是需要为了情怀补一下……

此时此刻在电影院里……丹叔，演出了有层次的Bond，farewell😭
这一版007的生命力在于这类特工片少见的悲剧的失去，他在皇家赌场失去爱人，在天幕杀机失去M，在无暇赴死他失去挚友也失去了明天。但令这个系列能画上圆满句号的是贯穿整个五部的，不同于潇潇洒洒来去自如的，詹姆斯邦德身上失去的那种所谓完美的光环。
给丹叔版的James Bond一个体面完整又合理的故事结局, 除了强大的避弹能力之外真的成为一个有血有肉的人物。 Ana部分太可爱了没看够！
三星半。这部有个很显著的问题是居然接着讲幽灵党的故事，拜托，幽灵党太烂了，救不回来的。丹邦系列前期构筑在Vesper的死之上，自此以后才是特工生涯的孤绝之路。后期则一直在试图追问到底邦德存在的意义在哪里，他要往何处去。Skyfall的解答有些哲学意味，去掉浮华，回到本质和过去，以迎来新生。但新生之后呢？幽灵党给出的终极归宿是爱情。但如果说失去挚爱是邦德的开始，却无法说服观者它还能再次成为落脚点。他已经走得太远，再用爱情收束一切意义实在太偷懒了。何况斯旺这个角色塑造极其失败，和邦德也爱得莫名其妙——她就是为了给邦德归宿而生造出来的。这部用家庭作为结尾，当下的确感人，但细想就觉得没劲和俗套。哎，说归说，这么多年丹邦看下来，还是很唏嘘。真的舍不得。不过也好，退休啦，丹叔继续去演Blanc侦探吧！
不错的间谍片 但几乎不是007电影.出场两次的邦女郎本来就不是惯例 你说男主不演了也没必要搞个这结局 这几部风格直接给整成Jason Bourne碟中谍美国队长了甚至连个底裤也不留 老车换新也不带这样的

国内友邻还没看就不涉及剧透了 很规矩的三星半（还是片头表现最佳）各种元素基本集齐 查无此七鸽档系列总算完结）
等了一年才上映⋯⋯剧情还是好看的，虽然没什么新意，和历代007电影套路非常类似，不过喜欢007电影不就是好这口吗？这个结局就太仓促了，情绪不足😔 at 荔枝广场幸福蓝海
