一部描写选举竞选、政治斗争的电影。里面有句台词非常贴切：这样的选举制造出不知道什么时候才能愈合的社会裂痕。
民众如愤怒的公牛，只会冲向挥舞的红旗，而谁是旗手他们根本不在乎。影子不过是道出了选举的真相，所谓的民煮也只是一场选举游戏而已。为了正义的目的不得不用卑鄙的手段，不愿弄脏双手者就难以实现目的。一部道出选举本质的影片，打破了关于现代民煮的幻像。
