The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事情节有点像《三少爷的剑》，动作风格有点像《座头市》但是更贴近现代格斗。
网大其实已经很成熟了，节奏明快，画面服化道动作戏全都在线【岂止是在线。。。可以说制作精良】。假以时日，也许真的能看到古装版的囧威客
国外的无脑快节奏爽片Johnwick和慢节奏爽片座头市都各成体系 本片节奏介于两者之间 小屏幕动作片新典范
谢苗怎么看怎么像刘松仁（。服化背景乃至剧情都很有些赏心悦目的陈旧古意，部分镜头也颇有美感。打戏精彩，最后给刀火焰附魔我大喊一声好酷啊。品出一丝十三刺客的味儿，真的相当不错。唯一遗憾的是有些剧情衔接不太顺畅

很意外居然节奏、演技、运镜、服化道都值得一提，尤其最后那个漆黑的夜里煞白追光下快意恩仇的一刀，颇具写意，嗯……如果不去想古代哪来的追光这件事的话。就是可惜了琴娘，但没有用琴娘做人质，倒是让瞎子可以无所顾忌地挥刀。
最后30分钟，导演一面在剧情及打斗上进行了“缩水”，另一面却加入了突兀的日本武士风，画蛇添足差点把控不住。
远程Boss为了送，强行切近战，并开嘲讽。

少有的江湖味与庙堂，鼓励。另外，谢苗，你再酷再能打，我始终浮现的是你小时候的样子…
节奏打斗场景构图光影都很不错。就是可惜了琵琶女
还不错，虽然故事简单到极点，甚至有点粗糙，但至少讲好了一个故事。而且这部网大最大最吸引人的亮点其实是打戏，上次看到这么爽的打戏还是在吴彦祖演的美剧《荒原》里。
故事弱了点。但可见出导演野心和潜力都不小。前后风格处理不一致，有精彩段落，成篇控制力稍差。国产武指和意境营造不错，特地加1星以资鼓励。
像民间故事一样精美，不需要有太多内涵，好好把故事讲完就很棒了。
